TPM's Terminated!
We would like to hear from you! Email us here

    Severely Sabotaged!

It has been at least three years since we have been requesting accountability, equity and justice through this
website. And especially a forensic investigation into our financial affairs. We have four high profile liberal politicians
in a tiny community meanwhile we are in third party with a sky rocketing deficit ratio, three suicides and countless
attempts. It has been over a decade since this unaccounted alleged illegal casino has been in operation and
investigated by the RCMP. So why are things worse?

Our last imposed co managers failed us and now (TPM’s) Third Party Managers had (read below) full control over
our finances and we are left in the dark once again. (INAC) Indian and Northern Affairs Canada have been there
every step of the way. Through all of this we have alerted the Creator, three political parties, and the media to no
    avail.

A meeting with (C&C) Chief & Council, TPM’s, and INAC was scheduled to take place in August with the whole
community. They now do not expect it until January. We just heard today (Dec 13) that the TPM’s Arbuthnot MacNeil
Douglass and Dorey & Assoc. Ltd will be terminated.  They say INAC refuses to send in $2 Mil and INAC will inform
them shortly of its intentions once again. Last year alone we went further in debt with co managers Teed
Saunders and Doyle who worked along side the same people who put us in this mess. We have the same situation
    here today once again.

INAC’s own policies state that a RMP is necessary if the cumulative deficit is equal to, or exceeds 8% of total annual
revenue. Our deficit was 45.77 % as indicated by 99-2000 audited financial statements. INAC has been there for us
every step of the way. In 1999 the National Post reported “Auditor General Denis Desautels warned that the Indian
Affairs department risked compounding existing poverty and despair on native reserves by failing to account for
how money is being spent”.  In 2003 alone there were over 300 allegations of corruption, nepotism or
mismanagement by band councils. An internal INAC document warns the minister of the damage that a two-per-cent
cap on First Nations' funding has created, including the cumulative effect that is seriously impacting the health and
    safety of First Nations people.

Unusual for or a tiny community which has four high profile liberal politicians and an unaccounted alleged illegal
casino. Even the liberals themselves say this is an illegal casino. The RCMP has been investigating this
unaccounted alleged illegal casino now for over a decade. Different people through the years have submitted boxes
of evidence concerning our financial affairs here. Hon Peter MacKay stated "a very unnatural and cozy relationship''
exists between the RCMP and the (liberal) government. (Canadian Press Newswire, July 19, 2005). The RCMP have
just recently signed an agreement here with the very people they are investigating. By the way … all three political
parties are very informed of this situation here also.

We have alerted the media for three years to no avail. We have heard every excuse from them so they will not do a
story here. The only reporter that came here did not tell our story but did mention the beer.

Who do you turn to when you are up against all these factions with unlimited resources? And this is just the tip of
the iceberg! It is no damn wonder why alcohol, drugs and suicides are so prevalent in our communities across the
country. Where else do you turn? As a matter of fact … there have been three suicides here and countless
attempts. At least now we know who the culprits are and I hope you all sleep good at night.

To hell with your “Day of Action” and 364 days of inaction!
